OPEN CALL FOR VIDEO ARTISTS INTERESTING IN EXHIBITING AT BURST PROJECT ART FAIR
(DURING ART BASEL WEEK 2011)
BURST Project Art Fair is accepting applications for/from video artists interested in exhibiting at a new contemporary Art Fair being held in Miami Beach, November 30 through December 5, 2011. Fees to be a part of BURST are very minimal (depending on the scope of the proposed exhibit) – and in some very limited cases these fees may be waived. Material must be “family friendly” as this fair is an all-ages event. THE TIME FRAME FOR APPLYING IS VERY SHORT – SO IF INTERESTED APPLY ASAP!
To apply please – please make sure to include these elements:
- A description of the proposed work (renderings/video examples)
- Images or video of the work (links to Youtube or Vimeo, etc are
- Has this work been shown before? If so, where and when?
- What is the format of the work? (film, digital video, projection, other)
- What is the resolution of the work?
- Required/Preferred technology is used to display work (type of screen and specs if possible)
- Links to additional online support material
- Your exhibition history, CV, and contact information
- Samples of previously completed work (images, videos, etc)
- Information about you and if applicable, your team/studio
Submissions will be accepted until Nov 10, 2011 and artist selected are going to be announce on the website Nov 12,2011.
