After participating in and being part of the Global Caribbean: Interrogating Politics of Location in Lit. and Culture Conference, there was a point at which the importance of these events cannot be underestimated. Of course, it is always good to hear from others to find out what projects they’re working on, but here the quality of fiction that was covered left me realizing that I’m not doing enough reading.
