“Andres Viglucci of the Miami Herald reports that the plan to turn Bicentennial Park into a world class, waterfront park (similar to Millennium Park in Chicago) has been reduced drastically due to financial reasons. Basically, the city has gone from $128 dollar park to a $10 million park. Below you can find the link to Viglucci’s article and some comparssions of what the park could have looked like and what it will look like.”
