The program will take place in PA 101 (building #51, Rm 101) directly next to the Schmidt Center Gallery. The Gallery will be open 1/2 hour before and after the program. The lecture and exhibition are free and open to the public.
Ankersen is a legal skills professor and director of the Conservation Clinic at the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville. He is one of several humanities scholars that contributed to the “Surfing Florida” exhibit by authoring an exhibit panel related to environmentalism, environmental law and the related legal concerns of Florida’s surfers.
