ARThood is a new social networking and e-commerce website for emerging and young artists (http://www.arthood.com/) and they have just launched a new contest. The theme for this ARThood Selects contest is “Great Promise” and the winner(s) will not only be featured on their home page but also included in the “Great Promise” exhibition in New York City in Spring 2012 — which will benefit The Watermill Center. Theme:
The theme of this ARThood Selects competition (http://www.arthood.com) is “Great Promise”. This competition will be judged by Zev Eisenberg, the former Director of Mallick Williams and Co. Gallery in New York and the Director of Strategic Marketing for ARThood.
Eligibility:
Only members of ARThood are eligible to enter the ARThood Selects competition. Membership to ARThood is free and there is no fee to enter this competition.
How to Enter:
You may enter only one (1) artwork that represents and/or interprets the “Great Promise” theme. The work must be an original artwork created by you, available for sale and comes from your images in the ARThood Gallery Store.
Prize:
The winning artwork(s) will be featured on the ARThood home page as part of the “Great Promise” online exhibition and will be included in the “Great Promise” exhibition in New York City in Spring 2012.
