On Saturday October 29,2011, at Mainstreet Miami Lakes, located at 6843 Main Street, Miami Lakes, FL, 33014. The Funk will be hosting an amazing evening that will support Haiti and local and international artists.
Models will strut in the artsy,funky, fantasy -like designs from Midnight Agenda Studio.
For your entertainment, expect a variety of live performances, and don’t forget! Leave some tummy room before coming to THE FUNK, to indulge in our complementary sweet and savory hors d’oeuvres bar, featuring Pink Sugar

Guests who come dressed up in a costume,get a chance to win a bag full of items from our vendors and cash prizes.
This event runs between 7pm ad 11pm, and admission is $10. Children 8 and under pay no admission fee. Parts of the proceeds go to Word and Acion– www.wordandaction.org a non-profit organization focused on sexually abused children in Haiti. Their goal is to create the House of Hearts, to shelter and care for these children and their mothers.
