A public art submission was due today in Broward. There has been quite a bit of discussion in Broward about a proposed 30% cut to the budget of Broward Cultural Division whereas, other departments are only looking at a 10% cut. Here is one project by an artist that seems nothing but smartly researched then, incorporated into the architectural plan.
